"I hope you’ve learned something about your own mind and heart," Prof. Wright said in his Convocation address. "Do you know where to get information? How do you use it? Do you use it quickly, even under stress?"

"Team work helps, because everything you do…will be with other people," he said, stressing the value of "'laughter and the love of friends.' You need friends. You need sometimes to contribute to that friendship."

Then, quoting songwriter Bob Dylan, "the most epic minstrel of our times," he spoke the words of Forever Young.
May your hands always be busy.
May your feet be ever swift.
May you feel a strong foundation
When the winds of changes shift;
May your hearts always be joyful,
May your songs be always sung.
May you stay—forever young.
