DAVID PARK JAMIESON
to be Doctor of Laws
*David Park Jamieson, lawyer, airman and patron of the arts, whose devoted service for many years as President of the Dominion Drama Festival and currently as one of its three Honorary Vice-Presidents, has done much to further the cause of the theatre in Canada; and whose active participation in many forms of community service has enhanced the prestige of the legal profession. The University wishes to honour him personally, and through him the Canadian Bar Association, of which he is president.
