KENNETH COLIN IRVING
to be Doctor of Laws
Kenneth Colin Irving, a man self-effacing of personality, is yet master of undertakings that develop a score of our provincial resources and employ a sizable segment of our population.
We honour him today as one whose heart and hand are deeply in New Brunswick; and in honouring him we trust that he will ever sow as wisely and as generously as we would have him reap, and leave this Province the richer for his enterprise, his vision and his fortitude.
